It transported clean water to the town for public baths, fountains and maybe wealthy houses.
Where did the fountains get the water from?
It came from the aqueduct
How was the big theatre?
It didn’t have a roof and was always a semi-circle
How was the small theatre?
It had a roof and it was called Odeon
What was a palaestra?
It was an open air sport centre
What was the amphitheatre?
It was used for gladiatorial fights and was always a complete circle
