Villas known as ‘domes.’

In apartments consisting of one room. They had not toilet or kitchen. Shops were on the bottom floor.

A central courtyard or main reception area.
What was the central reception area called?
The atrium
What was in the middle of the atrium?
A shallow pool with a hole in the roof above to allow rain to fill the pool.

Two dining rooms (triclinium)

What did Romans go to a public bath for?

In taverns or shops

In their homes in dining rooms, usually lying on a couch while slaves brought them their food.
