Looked it up and found that horizontal abduction/adduction can be referenced from 90* shoulder flexion or abduction. If it were in shoulder flexion, 45* would be horizontal adduction and 130* would be horizontal abduction. It would be approximately reversed if the starting point was 90* abduction.
