Glenohumeral Internal / External rotation
Stationary: perpendicular to floor
Moving: parallel to ulna
Fulcrum: olecranon process
Humeroulnar Flexion / Extension
Stationary: parallel to humerus
Moving: parallel to radius
Fulcrum: lateral epicondyle of humerus
Radioulnar Pronation
Stationary: perpendicular to floor
Moving: parallel to styloid processes of radius and ulna
Fulcrum: laterally and proximal lay to ulnar styloid process
Radioulnar supination
Stationary: perpendicular to floor
Moving: parallel to styloid processes of radius and ulna
Fulcrum: medially and proximal lay to the ulnar styloid process

Moving: parallel to midline if 5th metacarpal
