A
Used for little less than maximum height & volume, sits on it bottom part or half on & half off it’s base.

A
Also known as “on base” is used for maximum height & volume it sits between both parts or directly on it’s base.

“Off base” used to smooth & blend. Sits below both parts.

Over Directed
A
“Behind Volume” or “Indentation Rollers”. Used to create curl only on the ends. Base is larger than the roller base. Creates an indentation in their hair style.
