The Customer
A
- Decides what will be done in what order
- Knows why they work is being done
- Is responsible for the ‘vision’ of the product
- Defines the items (stories) that are to be delivered
- Signs off the work as ‘done’
- If you know Scrum, you will know this role as the Product Owner

A
Team Responsibilities
- Decides how to do the work
- Divides stories into tasks
- Estimates the work involved
- Decides who will do the work
- Delivers the Product

Core and Support Teams
A
Support teams exist to enable the core teams to do things right first time and are not there to ‘police’ or review at a delivery gateway.
Having support teams tends to lead to cross-team dependencies, which is why a fully capable core team is often considered to be better.

A
- Provide estimates and options based on customer requirements
- Are accountable for delivering value
- Decide how to implement requirements

- Is experienced and knowledgeable about Agile
- Is experienced in transformation
- Is a ‘servant-leader’ to the team
- Removes impediments and blockers
- Facilitates workshops
- Manage the agile process
- Knowledge of agile principles, process and practices through coaching and training

- A common approach when analyzing stakeholders is to map interest and power (influence)
- Evaluate each stakeholder
