outsourcing: advantages and disadvantages
A: Business can focus on main tasks,
HR experts can specialise, managers can opt out of firing/making workers redundant
D: can be expensive, hired business may be too general
domestic: advantages and disadvantages
A: Less likely to have problems (i.e. following laws), If theres an issue it’s more likely to be solved (as you can contact them)
D: Can be more expensive, poor quality work can cause PR problems (but you can take them to court as they are in the same country)
global: advantages and disadvantages
A:cheap, easy with the internet
D:global issues (payment, language barriers), very risky,
less likely to fit with values, possibly poorer quality, PR problems if it becomes public knowledge, more difficult to enforce contracts
