LSP -> Sharding was quick and dirty but knew it would break so I pushed for batching.

LSP -> Identified and reached out to team to start working on solution. Sharding vs Batching was contentious. I sat down with all the parties involved and presented them a set of problems with sharding and quickly moved on to design a system based on batching.
BQ project - I had uncertainty over the usage but did some due diligence and moved forward.
Cost savings - I did some data crunching and calculations to find the cost per sessions - identified a few major swings, and moved forward with assumptions that this is good enough and we can dive deeper as we continue the project.
Give an example of flagging an issue immediately after discovering it and how you proceeded.
BQ data loss issue:- We had a failure -> Identified the core issue -> Notified the stakeholders about the cause and how we can handle it and the impact of it on the release and agreements with Redshift etc
