A

The mr is the same as for theft, D must have intent with the intention to dishonestly permanently deprive.

A

D threatened his victim with a knife in order to obtain payment for money he was owed. This case was held not robbery as dishonestly was lacked. D believed he had legal right to the money owed, it was not theft.
