“Before we start though I must inform you that if you REFUSE to provide, FAIL to provide or PROVIDE A POSITIVE SAMPLE, you may be liable to arrest. Do you understand?”
Have you had any alcohol or mouthwash in the last 20 mins? Have you smoked anything in the last 5 mins?
HOLDING THE DEVICE: “I’ll keep hold of the device, if you just seal your lips around the tube and blow a long continuos breath until I tell you to stop!”
