Section 1
Death by Dangerous Driving;

Section 170 Obligations
Driver must stop
Provide name and address. (No number required)
Owners name and address
Identification marks on the vehicle
Insurance
Must report at the scene, police station, or to a constable
Section 34
A person drives a mechanically propelled vehicle, onto or upon any common land, moorland, or any land of any other description.
Not forming part of a road or on any road being a footpath or bridleway.
Section 59
Motor Vehicle is being used on any occasion in a manner which Contravenes section 3 or 34 of RTA 1988
Used a vehicle to cause Alarm, Distress or annoyance.
Section 59 (3)
Power to order the person who is driving to stop
Power to seize and remove the motor vehicle
