What is are incentive programs?

A

A tactical, time-sensitive monetary incentive (between 1-6 months duration max.) to push distributors and their sales teams to promote and sell IRISO products over their existing competitor products. A multi-tier incentive structure is to be created incentivizing the distributor and their sales executives. Only one incentive to be run at any given time. To be conceptualized, devised, proposed and implemented with IRISO approval.

Why do we need additional BDE?

A

Additional resources would be required to support the IRISO BDP from Q1 2026 onwards. This additional business development executive will be fully dedicated to the IRISO BDP to manage tactical growth activities in Europe. No additional cost to IRISO and included as part of the BDP retainer fees.

What is an Account Management Plan?

A

OEM accounts secured are to be identified and classified as “Key Accounts”. Thereafter, key account management plans are to be created and implemented for deeper relationship building and securing additional revenue streams for IRISO within these OEMs in a strategic manner. A joint IRISO-JG exercise.

What is Product Training?

A

Tactical on-site/online product training for Distributor sales teams to help with brand and product familiarization, answering queries, strengthening product knowledge within sales teams, and relationship management.

What is a Review Meeting?

A

Regularly scheduled meetings with Distributor/OEM main stakeholders to discuss contractual adherence & compliance, sales performance, Incentive programmes, insights on industry trends, competitor activities, commercials, joint activities, marketing initiatives, new opportunities, market risks, and strengthening relationships at HQ level.

What are Joint Customer Activities with Distributors?

A

JG BDE for IRISO to conduct joint activities with distributor sales team members such as customer visits, event attendances, setting up joint customer meetings at distributor booths at Expos, Roadshow coordination and support at Customer sites, etc.

A

On-site product training including sponsoring a catered light lunch such as sandwich platters, drinks, etc to encourage maximum participation from distributor sales team members.

What are OEM roadshows?

A

With prior-approval from OEMs, set up a stand/table at a prominent location on-site at OEM with maximum footfall/traffic of their employees such as lobby, cafeteria, conference room, etc. Roadshow table to comprise of IRISO marketing material, product samples, and high quality but low-cost giveaways. This is to generate maximum exposure of IRISO within contracted OEM, to showcase IRISO as a preferred supplier, generate new leads and opportunities. This could be an independent JG/IRISO activity or a joint-activity with a distributor.

Why OEM Delegation to IRISO HQ?

A

It is expected that by end 2026, JG BDP should have adequate relationships with OEMs. It is intended to secure a joint product development or R&D oriented OEM opportunity which would warrant a site-visit to IRISO HQ for deeper discussions. To be explored.
