What is a hazard?
A hazard is anything that is an actual or potential danger
What is the blurb that describes what the system is?
The system of car control is a way of approaching and negotiating hazards thy is methodical, safe and leaves nothing to chance. It involves carefully observation, early anticipation and planning, and a systematic use of the controls to maintain your vehicles stability in all situations.
What 2 things should you ask yourself regarding the processing of information?
1) what information do I new to gather about the road conditions, the behaviour of other road users and actual and potential dangers?
2) what do other road users need to know about my intentions?
