Battle of Gonzales
First battle of the Texas Revolution. The Mexican army attempted to sieze a cannon from the people of Gonzales. They made a flag that said "Come and Take it" and fought to keep their cannon. Texans won the battle Group of Texans left Gonzales and went to Goliad. After a brief fight, forced the Mexican soldiers to leave. seized all the weapons the Mexicans had.
