3. Sit down to finish EBA and go through the steps
   -Note: required to accompany. B.O.R given as per Onduty. Cont. on EBA procedure Sheet.
4. When given result, note: time, EBT= 666
   Note start and end of 10 minute period
   Note time + xxx Forbitten to drive for 12 hours end xx:xxam xx/xx/xx
   Consequences explained and understood.
