Fastest you can drive in good conditions. Not allowed to go faster than the speed limit, but you are allowed to drive below the speed limit

How do advisory speed signs look?

What do advisory speed signs tell you?
They warn you that you’re coming up to speed bumps/curve in the road. Give you advice about a safe speed to drive at
What should you do when you see an incident/emergency warning sign?
You must slow down to 20km/h (before reaching the sign) even though theres no compulsory speed limit sign. You cannot speed up again until you’re clear of the incident/emergency
What speed should you slow down to when passing a school bus that has stopped to let children on/off?
