What is Risk Analysis?
Analyzing the probability and severity of risk in order to reduce the chance that harm will occur
What is HAZID?
Hazard Identification (HAZID) is used to systematically identify and analyze potential hazards associated with a project, process, or system.
Based on what should HAZID be used?
It should be used based on a comprehensive and accurate description of the facility
