What is meant by the Broken Window Thesis ?
• Wilson & Kelling - it’s essential to keep neighbourhoods looking good so people won’t commit crime and are happy instead 😁

What is Zero Tolerance policy and target hardening ?
• ZTP - towards undesirable behaviour like prostitution and begging / police patrol these streets to crack down on this
• Target hardening - if you make it harder to commit a crime it’s less desirable to commit reducing rewards and acting as a deterrent
