Who has the right-a-way at an intersection without “STOP” or “YIELD” signs:
Vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians that get to the intersection first have the right-of-way. If a vehicle or bicycle gets to the intersection at the same time as you, give right-of-way to the vehicle or bicycle on your right.
Vehicles, bicyclists, and pedestrians on the through road (continuing to go straight) have the right-of-way.
