When driving on a roadway that intersects with another roadway, if you are faced with a stop sign , but other traffic is not , when may you proceed?
Only after stopping and yielding the right of way to vehicle or pedestrians, and when it is not dangerous to pass through
At intersections where there are no stop signs or other traffic signals , if two vehicles stop at the intersection at the same time , who has right of way?
The vehicle on the left must yield to the vehicle on the right.
At four-way intersections where all drivers are faced with a stop sign , in what order should they proceed?
All drivers must yield to pedestrians. Otherwise, they should proceed in a “first to arrive,” first to proceed order.
