Sinus tachycardia -MOST COMMON
ST depression + T wave inversion in right ventricle and inferior leads

Why does right heart strain occur?
A
Occurs due to right ventricular dysfunction.
Right ventricle struggles to pump efficiently against raised pressures in the pulmonary vasculature in the setting of acute or chronic right ventricular hypertrophy or dilatation.
