Producer: Ravines Wine Cellar on the shores of Keuka Lake, but also acquired a lot of land on Seneca Lake
“This Riesling is sourced from the famed Argetsinger Vineyard located on the Southeastern shore of Seneca Lake. It’s a medium bodied Riesling with notes of lemon zest, green apple, and non-fruit notes of flint and sea salt. Definitely one of the more mature rieslings we have on the list, so those savory flavors are going to hit hard. The wine is aged on the fine lees for 10 months before bottling.
