Sinus Tachycardia

Sinus Arrhythmia
HR variable, narrow QRS with uniform upright P’s, irregular
Sinus with SA Block
Missing one complete PQRST Cycle
- rhythm will still plot out regular other than missing cycle
Sinus with Sinus Arrest
Missing more than one complete PQRST cycle
Supra Ventricular Tachycardia (SVT)
> 180 narrow QRS, regular, P waves not seen (hidden in T’s)
- form of AVNRT
Multi-Focal Atrial Tachycardia
101-170ish, irregular, narrow QRS with different shape/size P’s
Atrial Tachycardia
100-180, narrow QRS, regular, P-waves seen but irregularly shaped and typically all the same size
Atrial Fibrillation (narrow)
Irregularly irregular, HR varies, no discernible P-waves, fibrillation waves, QRS may be regular or irregular
Atrial Fibrillation with RVR
> 100, irregularly irregular, HR varies but sustained tachycardia, no discernible P-waves, fibrillation waves, QRS may be regular or irregular
PAC’s
Come early before next expected beat, non-conducted, no QRS
- coupled: two
- bigeminal: every other
- trigeminal: every 3rd
