Full, unopened blister packing showing RX # or relabeling must be returned within 45 DAYS of dispensing

NO CONTROLS!!!!!!

4- tamper evident/label can’t be altered
5- if returned, drugs are adulterated CANT be RTS
6- if drug d/c, can be returned for drug removal and destruction; can’t be RTS
