Anakinra (Kineret)
IL-1 receptor antagonist. Antagonizes IL-1 by binding to the IL-1 receptor
Toxicity: injection site reactions, infection
Tocilizumab (Actemra)
IL-6 antagonist
MOA: antagonizes IL-6 by binding to IL-6 receptor
Toxicity: Transaminase elevation, leucopenia, thrombpcytopenia, yperlypidemia, bowel perforation, infetion
Tofacitinib (Xeljanz)
MOA: Inhibits intracellular protein kinases (Janus KInase {JAK])
Toxicity: Leukpenia, anemia, transaminase elevation, hyperlipidemia, bowel performation, infection
