Diff b/w Fibromyalgia and PMR and polymyositis?

Fibromyalgia is common in middle aged women, characterised by diffuse msk pain >3mo duration, fatigue and nonrestorative sleep. Hx of widespread pain with 11 of 18 specific tender sites. NO mm weakness and NO elevated inflam markers.
PMR has a raised ESR/CRP, affects neck, shoulder and hip most, and responds to low dose steroids. RH -ve
Polymyositis is a CD8 mediated mm necrosis. CK will be up. symmetrical marked prox mm weakness is common. may have anti Jo1. is dx of exclusion.
