Parallelism
similarity of structure in a pair or series of related words, phrases, or clauses.
Antithesis
Two opposite ideas are put together in a sentence to achieve a contrasting effect.
Anastrophe
The inversion of the usual order of words or clauses.(Yoda)

subject and a verb but cannot stand alone as a sentence
Polyptoton
the repetition of words derived from the same root but with different endings

the use of a word referring to or replacing a word used earlier in a sentence

the repetition of a word at the end of successive clauses or sentences.
Epanalepsis
a phrase or set of words repeated later on in a speech or text as a rhetorical device
Anadiplosis
repetition of the last word or words of one phrase or sentence at the beginning of the next.
Chiasmus
words, grammatical constructions, or concepts are repeated in reverse order
Syllogism
logical argument that applies deductive reasoning to arrive at a conclusion
