What/How?

A

Zopyrus became a traitor (Herodotus) and thus was killed by rebels -> Babylon was then lead by Bel-Shimanni (independent leader) thought he was better than Xerxes -> he pursued Babylon and Dilbat and Borsippa -> Xerxes brought down the revolt by executing all leaders
