3 relaxation techniques used to reduce anxiety

A

Progressive muscle relaxation - excersises that lead to progressive relaxation of muscles and eventually the whole body is relaxed.
Meditation- relaxation that is focussing on certain cues, while blocking out others.
Self hypnosis- used to block out negative thoughts

A

A group will bond if it has a collective identity, a sense of shared purpose and a clear structure of communication.

A

Situational/environmental factors- forces that hold a group together eg contracts, scholarships uniforms
Personal factors- individual characteristics of members eg self motivation.
Leadership factors- style of leadership and the relationship formed between the leader and the group.
Team factors- the groups desire for success, winning and losing can create group cohesion

Is when an individual within a team isn’t pulling their weight or is not giving enough effort
