a person’s mental or physical condition.
What does the concept “your health is dynamic” mean give examples
it means that it is constantly changing. eg. if there is something bothering you at home and you eat unhealthily, your physical and emotional health suffers
What is mental health
State of wellbeing where the person can cope with stress

the way you interact with people, your ability to form lasting relationships
