Essential for bones and teeth, blood clotting and normal muscle function.

Iron is essential for haemoglobin in red blood cells which carry oxygen around the body.

What can a Deficiency of Iron lead to?
Anaemia

Is vital to prevent dehydration but this is not a nutrient as it does not provide any other goodness.
