When a coach describes how to perform a skill
What is manual guidance?
When. performer is physically guided by the coach
What is mechanical guidance?
When the performer is guided by equipment to support the learner whilst practising the skill E.G. harness

Comes from yourself
What is extrinsic feedback?
Comes from external sources

Given as praise

Used to criticise performance
