Helps the body absorb iron. Needed to maintain connective tissue which binds the body cells together. Fights illnesses
Vitiamn D
Helps calcium be absorbed from the small intestine. Helps calcium be deposited in the bones and teeth

Oily fish, sunlight, meat, eggs, butter

Lemons, orange, kiwi, sprouts, cabbage
Calcium
Strong bones and teeth, vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium. It is needed for the nerves and muscles to work.

Iron
Makes red blood cells. Vitamin C is needed to help the iron to be absorbed
