What is a covenant? What does it promise?
The Covenant is a principle belief of Judaism and God’s promise to Abraham. According to the Covenant, God would offer the promised land of Canaan and protection to Abraham and his descendants, and in return, they had to follow the path of God.
Scriptures:
“I will give you this land for your descendants. (Genesis 17:8)
“You will be the father of many nations” (Genesis 17:4-14).
“I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky” (Genesis 26:4)

-Circumcision as a symbol of the covenant

Malaa’ika: Angels who bring constant awareness of the existence of God. Observing and recording deeds.
