When God gives you a direct, personal message.You can tell that it is obviously God.

You can be doubtful about it,is typically to a lot of people

Explain how it could be a Type Of Epilepsy
Temporal lobe epilepsy effects speech,memory and hearing.It is believed they cause visions and ‘revelations’

They use spiritual guidance as a way to get attention and money

People want to feel accepted by God,so they believe anything that could remotely be classed as a message from God etc.

It is,at the end of the day,an opinion.People believe whether it is a miracle or not based on themselves or their experiences and beliefs
Explain how it could be your upbringing,not God
You only know what’s right and wrong from your upbringing.For example, if you grow up knowing that eating pork is wrong you will feel guilty eating pork.If you grow up thinking something is impossible,and it happens then you will think it’s a revelation although some people might not,just like some people might not feel guilty eating pork as that’s not the way they were raised.
Why might the milk miracle be a revelation
The milk just disappeared with no explanation,as if the statue was drinking it.Idols cannot drink.Loads of people witnessed it

Science has explained that it was caused by poor,cheap materials soaking up the milk.
