In Isaiah 29, we can see how the vision that was shown to the prophets were like words sealed in a scroll, this meant that they were not yet fulfilled, but were presented to the prophets as prophecy as it was not time to be fulfilled yet.

Simply because it was sealed, which meant that God had not allowed it a time for it to be understood in plain language yet.

“When Jesus who overcame the trials, tribulations and testings in the first coming, comes and breaks the seals of the book in Revelation 6 and 8, which we have covered in the last few Sundays. And as he breaks opens the seals, he now opens the book and fulfills it.

Then he gave this book that was sealed to Jesus.
And when Jesus receive this book, he opened the seals one by one and fulfilled the words that were now revealed. Then Jesus instructed the angel to deliver this now opened book to New John. “

Why was John shown this? “

John (New John) was shown so he may be able to fulfill it by judging the betrayers and destroyers with the opened words. Here we can see that the betrayers were referred to as the earth and the destroyers were referred to as the sea.

18. “Next, in Rev 10:5-7, there is angel who stands on the land and on the sea and raises his right hand and swears to the Creator that he will not delay.
    Why did the angel say that he will not delay?”

God had the sealed book in his right hand which he gave to Jesus. But because Jesus gave this book to the angel, he no longer has this book even though he was the one who opened it.

“No, even the angel does not have this book because it was delivered and given to New John in Rev 10 and New John ate it. That is why this opened book is only in New John’s stomach.
Therefore now, all people of the world can now receive the testimony of the revealed word and reach the kingdom of heaven only when they come to New John the promised pastor of the New Testament. “
