How do you manage an arrest caused by hyperkalaemia?

A

IV calcium chloride 10ml 10% STAT
Insulin/dextrose infusion (10 units, 25g)
IV sodium bicarbonate 50mmol (50ml of 8.4%) > avoid mixing with calcium chloride as can cause precipitate
