- Justice requires that we work to restore those who have been injured.
- Those are most directly involved in affected by crime should have the opportunity to participate fully in response if they wish.
- Role of government is to preserve a just public order, and the community is to build and maintain just peace.

Who can get adult sentences
A
Prohibits 12-13 year olds from getting adult sentences. Allows 14 and older can be charged in adult for more serious crimes.
