  • cast metal -outline shape of cast metal in blue on all tooth views as seen clinically and fill in cast metal areas w/ parallel blue lines
  • porcelain- outline shape of porcelain in blue on all tooth views seen clinically do not fill in

  • chart coronal restoration as appropriate

- draw blue line through root for each canal to the extent that gutta percha is seen on radiograph
