Must we treat everyone with dignity, honor and respect?
Yes. This goes back to having a servant’s heart.
Must you learn how to effectively use the @CFANow app?
Yes. You will learn this later into your Trainer Training. You don’t have to know it now, but you will learn it.
Must you keep the focus on guests at all times?
Yes! Our guests are some of the most important people in the building. Without them, there would be no Chick Fil A.
Must you keep the dining room, front counter, parking lot and drive-thru clean at all times?
Yes. When people come to Chick Fil A, they expect our restaurant to be as clean as possible. It is what we’re known for.
Must you demonstrate the usage of CORE 4 and Second Mile Service?
Yes. Always remember to Share a Smile, Speak in an Enthusiastic Voice, Make Eye Contact and to always say My Pleasure! Remember to go above and beyond at CFA Paris.
