E: For example 2017 Manchester Arena Attack due to Western military action.

E: For example the UK gov passed the Counter terrorism and Border Security act 2019. Harder to possess materials which would help terrorists.

R: However this has harmed public opinion.

E: For example Sage Journals published an article. “Criminalising curiosity” due to prosecution of journalists.

P: One response to terrorism has been organised groups.

E: For example the UK has organised MI5, a group organised to gather data at home and overseas while monitoring terrorist threats.

R: However this groups still leave way for human error and mistakes still occur meaning the group fails in prevent terrorism.

E: For Example a report conducted by Parliaments Intelligence and Security Committee sound MI5 responsible for failings leading to the Manchester Arena attack of 2017.
