Not usually clinical for the disease and no abnormalities on physical exam. diagnosed with laryngeal exam (11/12 dogs had abnormal exam)..redundant supra-arytenoid folds, laryngeal collapse everted laryngeal saccules and a narrowed laryngeal opening
