Percuss, starting from aerated areas
Auscultate - additional sounds, crepitus, ronchi, wheeze
Vocal fremitus
Chest expansion - anchor finger tips to lateral/axillary sides and bring thumbs as close to togther (BUT FLOATING) as full insp > exp > insp

FRONT: same

Cardiac exam - CCF, pulmonary HTN
