postural draining b.d
dyspnoea and wheeze - salbutamol
carbocysteine - mucolytic
abx if exacerbation - MCS (commonly haemophilus but also kleb, pseudo, strep pneumoniae)
surgery - lobectomy - rare, lung transplant
