A

Group 1 - PAH, idiopathic, hereditary, drug/toxins. CTD

Group 2 - secondary to left heart failure

Group 3 - secondary to lung disease and hypoxia

Group 4 - chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension

Group 5 - Secondary to conditions with multifactorial mechanisms causing PH
