Getting gas from underground by forcing water into the ground.

Buy into a country
e.g. food is imported to the UK from abroad
Local sourcing
Where food is bought from the local area, and not imported
Organic
Grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides
Scarcity/ Scarce
Not much of something
Social wellbeing
How good the quality of life is
e.g. healthy, warm, safe
Supply
Providing something
i.e. lots of rain brings a reliable supply of water
Surplus
Having too much of something
e.g. the North West of England has a water surplus
Water stress
When an area has a water deficit and does not have enough water
