Lauren is a psychology student at university. For her research project, Lauren wants to investigate whether aggression could be related to hunger. She has permission from her tutor to conduct her investigation at the uni campus.
Describe how Lauren could use a correlational research method to investigate whether aggression could be related to hunger.

• Lauren could advertise for students on campus too take part in her study on aggression and select a sample from any students and staff who volunteer
• she could ask her pps to give a self-reported aggression score on a scale from 0 (not aggressive) to 10 (very aggressive)
• Lauren would also ask the pps to rate their level or hunger at the time they completed their aggressive score
• Lauren would compare the aggression scores with hunger levels for each pp to see if there is a relationship between hunger and aggression
