  2. Is this form reviewed and approved by Management to ensure accuracy and completeness of the disbursement made?
  3. Are cash advances approved by Management appropriately and monitored separately from petty cash?

When market research respondents/interviewees receive electronic incentives, e.g. electronic vouchers, points…etc., and/or postal incentives for the work performed, is Management monitoring that incentives are distributed to the right respondents, and that no respondents receive incentives they should not, e.g. duplicate, individual registered under several names?
  2. When the incentives process is outsourced to a third party provider, does the opco ensure that the provider’s processes are appropriate?
