The size and sample has a significant impact on the cost and time frame of the study as does the method of collecting the data.

Data analysis technics are used to investigate relationships and phenomena within data that have been gathered through research. Useful because it shows interrelationships with data.

Gathering and presentation of information about a marketing phenomenon or situation.
DESCRIPTIVE
Allows data to be used to predict or forecast the results of a marketing decision or a consumer action.
