A

Data is collected based on a persons experiences, thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Allows for a greater depth of understanding

What is the difference between a service evaluation, audit and research?

A

Service evaluation - explores the effect of care on patient experiences and outcomes
Audit - looks at the processes involved and whether these are being followed
Research - finding the answers to questions about what we should do to help
